A healthy lifestyle

To have a healthy lifestyle you need to get a lot of sleep a lot of healthy foods to eat and a lot of exercise. To stay healthy you should eat fruit like grapes,apples,bananas and more . Exercise is also key to a healthy lifestyle you should exercise on a daily basis.   



Sleep is important not just for a healthy lifestyle because if you don't get enough sleep it can lead to
recklessness,anger what can affect your health .



And there you have it that is how you have a healthy lifestyle eat healthy and exercise. Since quarantine a lot of have been unhealthy so it's a great time to be healthy. I think that having a healthy lifestyle is great!!!

Save the animals

Animals are an important thing in are ecosystem but animals are being treated horribly so it's no surprise that animals are almost crossing the line of extinction every year a prime example of animal extinction is the Dodo they were eaten by hungry pirates and the Dodo became extinct. In are class we have been writing about animal extinction and how we can save the animals. we can save the animals by polluting less because if we do endangered animals like the sea turtles are choking on rubbish that we put in the sea (fun fact: polar bears are helping other animals not die from pollution polar bears put all of the pollution away so animals don't die).



Many animals die because of forestry many animals live in the forest so it's sad to see animals homes it has nowhere to live and its possible that the animal can die. Animals are used for clothing people sell the cloths for money they asoe stuff them on their walls or there killed for food that goes to waste.



In conclusion we should save the endangered animals before they become extinct.
