swimming sports was fun I did so much i'm going to talk about it to you enjoy.

I was getting ready to dive as I waited for the buzzer to go off  3,2,1 go!!!
as I dived in something terrible happened...my goggles fell off!!!
But that didn't stop me I immediately put the goggles back on while catching my breath and now i'm ready.
I zoomed across the water and touched the wall and then I pushed off the wall and then something took a back turn.
I started to get tired I would stop to take a breath and it would get worse from now.
My arm's were getting tired and I was in last place but that wouldn't stop me.
My confidence was gaining and I was getting faster and faster I just went past someone and I finally touched the wall finishing in 4th place.

Since my goggles broke I didn't were them.
I started in the pool instead of diving the buzzer went off and I pushed off the wall energised and ready. I was faster than ever but there was someone  just as good as me. We raced so fast that we were passing everyone. We were about to touch the wall and I just past in 2nd place into the finals.

New year new week back at school !!!

My first year back at school was awesome.we have a lot of fun playing games and sell the activities on a first week back at school so let's talk about our first week at school.


Buzz groups
At school we do something could buzz groups. Buzz groups are people who you don't really know and you have to work together and solve problems as a team. We found a buzz groups by doing an activity!!! The activity was that the teacher picked a random  word out of a hat and we had to find someone with a word that relates to your word and when you find everyone that you need that's your buzz groups!!!

Quick writes
A quick write is writing but you have to do it in a certain amount of time hints the name quick writes.
My first quick write was chocolate vs cheese I picked cheese because cheese is more healthy and you can put more stuff on cheese. I wrote 22 words.  

Recap of term 3

We went to the Te Poho o Rawiri Marae

 for a trip it was fun but I didn’t stay the night. I had a fun time  listening to their stories, they sometimes get a little boring but when there's something interesting it’s worth the wait.

 I've been in the talent show, my talent was 

talking about art and I showed my art in it as well.

We are going to do a musical item this week for the talent show on friday. Our class is doing the song called Dig It Up from the movie Holes. 

 Holes  is a book that our class is reading and we are done yay!!! I didn’t like the book but I recommend it because of the comedy, the characters and the story itself.  We made new stuff this term like making t-shirts in room 6 if we wanted to during whole school discovery.
